American Family Care got me signed in and my physical done in a short time and I was on my way

I had been sick since Friday 11/29. Early 11/30, I awoke & logged into the site to make an appt. Dr. Merkle & AJ were patient, took the time to explain things to me, and it was just an overall nice experience; chair side manner for both was a grand slam!!

Prompt service when I came in I was immediately taken care of

My experience was decent except Yolonda at the desk for check in. She was rude, snappy, and unprofessional. I complained about her time with me and she told me to just pay and move on. I continued to say she was being unnecessarily unkind and she said she didn’t have to be kind and that her being snappy was not a problem because I didn’t know what she might be going through. She infuriated me and when I asked for upper management she told me to Google the number and would not provide it. I plan to escalate the matter.

Had been sick all day and felt horrible, but it was one of those long days at work that you can’t miss. I showed up 30 minutes before they closed nervous that I wouldn’t be seen or they’d be upset about it. It was quite the opposite. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They even had to stay a little late to finish up my visit, but nobody seemed to mind, and all cared more that I would feel better soon than the inconvenience I caused them. It was my second visit, and I’ll definitely be back when life calls next time.

No matter the season and time of day , the service is always phenomenal.

Walked in with a toe/toe nail injury and was able to be seen within less than 10 minutes of getting there. The NP was able to help me right away and relieve my pain. I would recommend this provider.

We had the best experience from the moment we walked in the door. My son doesn’t want to go back to his normal pediatrician’s office now that he’s experienced this office today. Such great care!
