We walked in and the receptionist was very nice and helpful with the check in. Wait time was not bad although they were not very busy at the time. The patient assistant was cordial and friendly. Dr. Jernigan was very friendly and professional.

Make sure that they cover all aspects of whatever reason you're here for this visit. The staff here is very friendly. Very easy to schedule an appointment. The staff from front desk, nurse and Doctor were great. This is my go to clinic when my primary Dr is closed or can’t see me. This is the only urgent care I will use. Would highly recommend this provider.
