The front desk staff and nurse were super friendly and nice. The xray machine wasn't working at this facility, which they really should let the patient know before they make an appointment.. I was seen by a nurse practitioner, Kamaal I believe. ย She seemed nice, however, she didn't seem too concerned and asked minimum questions. I don't feel like my concern was ย fully addressed/resolved. ย I should have just gone to my primary care instead of paying $100 copay only to be told, "just keep up with warm fluids and come back again if it gets worst", because it's just that easy to come back and pay another $100 copay again. I drove about 18 miles to get seen at this location because appointments at the clinic near me get booked super fast.. I mentioned that to the provider that I don't want to drive this far again just one day later..and I was told "try making an appointment a day before near you then" (because clearly, I didn't try that and chose to drive that far in snowy weather). Last time I was sick with this horrendous cough and phlegm, a provider at different location told me exactly the same that it's just a viral, only for me to end up at my primary care the next day who diagnosed me with pneumonia! I see a similar review here from another patient ending up with pneumonia because your provider here, misdiagnosed her.. I sure hope the nurse practitioner didn't miss anything.. I couldn't ask for x-ray anyway, since it wasn't working at this location. I did mention to her that last time with exact same thing, I was prescribed antibiotics and she brushed it off saying "it's just a viral".. Not sure how she decided on that when she didn't even do an xray.ย  I was not all satisfied with my treatment by this provider at this location. Multicare Indigo, you need to fix your mistakes and train your providers, instead of copy pasting the same response to all the low rating reviews. Looking at the reviews here, no wonder this location always has multiple appointments available as compare to other locations.

Easy in and easy out. I just wish there was more seats to sit on. People tend to bring a plus one and I wasnโ€™t able to sit so I stood outside in the rain until I saw a seat open.

I went to the Urgent Care Facility on my insurance providers website and it had closed the previous September. I went to the next one one the providerโ€™s list 8 miles away. They were not open on weekends. I went into Indigo in my town thinking I would get turned away again. Their wait was too long; but they found an opening for me at another Indigo 3 miles away. They took me in right away. I was so relieved to get my very bad cough and sinusitis addressed. They were great!

Scheduling was easy and was there early to check in but still had to wait. My visit was pretty quick. My appointment was at 3PM. I got there at 2:45 and I left at 4. Time spent with the provider was probably less than 10 minutes.

The When I called yesterday afternoon there was a 3/4 hour wait. The kind receptionist suggested I make a 9:30 am appointment this morning. I did and it worked out very nicely. A short wait and all went very smoothly! ย Yes, Iโ€™d recommend this provider based on my experience today.

Showed up at the Ruston urgent care location for a walk in, learned about the crazy wait time but also the app, so I installed Solv and found that the Tacoma urgent care location has appointments available to schedule that day, where Ruston only had tomorrow. So I scheduled one just 30 minutes away, rushed to the office and the app knew I was there so I checked in, talked to the receptionist, she already had my insurance and stuff from the app scanning my card๐Ÿ‘ so she photoed my ID and told me I'd have a 45 minute wait. I was excited for this. I left and used the wait list on the app to track my position in line, and showed up, was seen pretty much right away, dental assistant was kind, put in all the info, doctor came in right away, got the antibiotics I needed immediately. Pharmacy had my prescription ready soon as I got there, within 10 minutes probably. The whole experience was pretty amazing and even though it was sudden and I was in pain, had to learn about the app and whatnot, it was so easy. Very impressed.

Today was not my first time here but it was a most unusual timeโ€ฆI was three cars on the road when the computer system crashed! Cars left cars stayed. Those in line were patient and some werenโ€™t to the check in gals. The system was down for about 30-45 minutes, but the check gals were champions! I got through within 10 minutes of my return and the poor testing gals, they just werenโ€™t sure on the document process being done by hand until the comps fired back up fully. A very busy supervisor was running around helping his crew, great job! Everyone I met was very polite, very pleasant and a pleasure to return for another test. Five stars!

When I arrived I noticed they encountered some technical difficulties with the electronic tablets they were using. They had to go old school but eventually when It was my turn to do my test it came back up. I Was scheduled for *** confirmation online stated to arrive at ***. But I didnt arrive until *** but due to the lag, I wasn't seen until around ***ish and everything was completed and I let at around ***. it wasn't a big deal since typically at any health practices/clinics there may be a delay in you being seen at your scheduled appointment time and having experience and worked in that kind of setting I can relate and understand.

The staff were incredibly helpful and professional as we moved through the testing process. I felt particularly reassured that the identity of the person being tested was checked multiple times. They were administering a test to children and their approach was so warm. They made sure to involve the children in the testing process by asking them questions. It was very reassuring for them because they were nervous having their first test. Overall it was professional, sanitary, and fast.

It is amazing that the address for the Covid Testing is listed wrong in several places. And that the staff knows that but it is still not corrected. We almost gave up trying to find the correct location because at the 701 Thomas Ave SW Renton address (the address given in the appt confirmation emails, the website, & the text sent to me), there was only an empty building & a fence. Other people were driving around, back & forth, trying to find the testing location. When we were leaving the ACTUAL testing address/location, I walked over to the street corner at Thomas & 7th and set up the sandwich board sign that was laying on the ground. There was only a covid testing sign on one side of that sign, but better than nothing. No one seemed to care that the address was completely wrong for days. Poor organization and/or poor management.

The facility is great but the staff seem to be lacking in personality. No one smiled and no one seem to be actively engaged in what they were doing. Very detached, and maybe that is how they were trained. What would be helpful is if those of us applying to receive a covid test were told upfront that we would be self-administering the test. I was taking aback when I drove into the final test site and was given the swab and told that I needed to administer the test to myself.

I purposely scheduled one of the last appointment times offered online. I arrived minutes early, before my 6:12pm appointment time. The traffic cones were blocking the entrance and the testing station was closed. Fortunately, I persuaded the staff who were there to do my test. My appointment time had not passed and it was important for my international travel requirements to have the test done on Saturday. The testing sites are closed on Sunday. I am flying out to Africa on Monday. I am an RN and have done Covid testing myself. I know it is a temptation to close the station before closing time when the patients are not arriving. However, it is so important for the workers to honor the operating hours and keep the station open until the last appt. time has come and gone. Thank you for your service. I hope you will consider my feedback.

They were friendly and accommodating with my 4 year old. They even surprised us with a sucker afterwards, which make it easier to get him to come back for a follow up test. Booking the appointment online sucked and was stressful because it was hard to find a time slot then they randomly popped up each time I refreshed. Then having to fill everything out twice when your first attempt at a spot was gone by the time you filled out the information was time consuming.

I have had a couple of COVID-19 tests here over the past year plus. Without fail, the staff have been fantastic. Friendly, Knowledgeable and very professional. I'm not too sure about "recommending" a COVID-19 testing site, but if this is actually a thing, this station is above reproach. Hopefully I will never be back, but in the event I feel I need to be tested again, I will come back here.

This is in reference to covid testing through Health Point CHC on SW 10th St. in Renton, WA. Was very pleasantly surprised at the short wait times; had to test twice, a week apart, and both times the professionalism & politeness of the staff manning the site was above & beyond what I was expecting. I was even wished a good day as I drove off. When you're sick, every little bit of kindness helps!

I have had a few instances over the past several months for which I needed or wanted to be tested for Covid-19. The ease of scheduling online for same-day appointments, with or without symptoms is wonderful. The operations are smooth and efficient. I arrived 20-25 minutes early and was finished with my testing by scheduled appointment time. The close proximity of testing site to lab is helpful as results are generally received quicker than at some primary care offices. In addition to smooth operations the experience and courtesy of staff is excellent, calm, and helpful. This team is doing really important work and doing their job well, rain or shine.

Excellent experience. The drive through Covid test in Renton was easy to make an appointment and find it. Set up was in a closed emissions testing site. Very efficient. Staff was very kind, explained everything very well. Put our young sick child at ease. We had an appointment at 6:15pm and got our test results by midnight! This was great because it was negative and our child could attend school the next day. Thank you for using a 24/7 testing lab. Hopefully we won't need to be tested again but if we do we will go to this facility and have already recommended it to other folks!

The gal that checked me right before I moved forward to get swabbed... was multi tasking with my paper work, which is essential to me... entering things on the job supplied iPad ... while talking to her sister through her earbuds and checking a text on her phone... discussing her lunch...... made me uncomfortable as many tests have mixed up, etc. other than that, it was a hood system...

I only wish there was someone with a big tag that said "Ask me anything." A sign would have worked. It seems to me that the bottleneck is the testing station (with 3 lines entering and 3 lanes testing also), so here would not be the right place. Better to be proactive giving explainers beforeโ€”or better, write a thing like, "This is a PCR test (which amplifies and measures current viral load)" on the solvhealth.com pages for registration. The midpoint in the line would be ideal, since this one is off the street. Easier to take 7th on down to Thomas, rather than 10th. No issue tracking with the street cones up, but better for surge inflow times to come in from the light at the PSEJATC/DK Market or else Powell to 10th (or loop up to 7th, if you'd rather that). Good note for confirmation. The attendant at the near side of the testing station on lane 3 was uncommonly sweet. Good responsiveness and a positive affect across the team.

My son's appt was set for the day after and my daughters appt didn't ever set but with that being said they still got both of my kids in to get a covid test. Also my daughter was scared the test was going to hurt and she started crying. The very nice young gentleman did the test to himself first just to show my daughter that it was okay and that it wouldn't hurt. He really made her feel comfortable and for that reason alone I will always go with health point. Thank you!

Yesterday I took a covid swab test. I had an idea of expectations, nor what I experienced. First the people running this testing station were the most polite efficient folk you'll ever meet. It was a drive through type of station, it literally took about as much time. As it takes to get a cup of coffee at a Mc Donald's drive through. The test itself is simple, they explain how to do it, you get a swab and insert to the bridge of your nose, both nostrils, and twist it a few times. Okay....here's where I learned something....I never had a clue, not the foggiest, that the inside of the bridge of your nose is extremely ticklish! I was laughing....couldn't help it....it was a huge suprise. So that was done, smiling as I left, got out a double sneeze and I wanted to go back...it was such a pleasant experience.

Fabulous experience with making appointments and receiving COVID test for our family of three that includes our adult son with disabilities. They were professional, kind and caring. They also allowed us to get boosters at the same time. We hadn't known this was available and didn't have appointments. But there was not line, so it worked out great. We have already told friends about how great our experience was. Thank you!

I was not able to get my Covid test through Walgreens due to a paperwork discrepancy (spelling of last name did not match for some reason). I then turned to this testing site and asked how to make an appointment. The lady directing traffic said I could check to see if there were still appointments available today and there were! I got my information in very quickly and I was put into line with zero waiting time. It was quick and easy and I will probably go here instead of Walgreens next time if needed. Hopefully itโ€™s not needed though!

The sign on the road is confusing. It says to keep the right lane for Covid testing. which makes one believe must take right. At the end of this new road there is a sign indicating COVID testing in the opposite direction. Staff was friendly and patiently listened to concerns. I was accepted even though I was a few minutes late due to confusion created by the sign on the road.

This facility, is exterior and busy. I forgot to make an appointment and did not realize I needed an appointment until I got the first test site representative. I was not feeling well and thought oh wow I have to go home, register, wait then come back. But your technician reassured me and checked me in with very little delay. It's cold and wet in there workplace and yet of the 4 technicians that I was in contact with they were to a person cheerful, and professional. Thank you, and to your staff out in your Grady Way exterior drive through facility. Happy Holidays. Todd Evans

Renton Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed. If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed.

Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
