MultiCare Urgent Care Locations in Washington

The front desk staff and nurse were super friendly and nice. The xray machine wasn't working at this facility, which they really should let the patient know before they make an appointment.. I was seen by a nurse practitioner, Kamaal I believe.  She seemed nice, however, she didn't seem too concerned and asked minimum questions. I don't feel like my concern was  fully addressed/resolved.  I should have just gone to my primary care instead of paying $100 copay only to be told, "just keep up with warm fluids and come back again if it gets worst", because it's just that easy to come back and pay another $100 copay again. I drove about 18 miles to get seen at this location because appointments at the clinic near me get booked super fast.. I mentioned that to the provider that I don't want to drive this far again just one day later..and I was told "try making an appointment a day before near you then" (because clearly, I didn't try that and chose to drive that far in snowy weather). Last time I was sick with this horrendous cough and phlegm, a provider at different location told me exactly the same that it's just a viral, only for me to end up at my primary care the next day who diagnosed me with pneumonia! I see a similar review here from another patient ending up with pneumonia because your provider here, misdiagnosed her.. I sure hope the nurse practitioner didn't miss anything.. I couldn't ask for x-ray anyway, since it wasn't working at this location. I did mention to her that last time with exact same thing, I was prescribed antibiotics and she brushed it off saying "it's just a viral".. Not sure how she decided on that when she didn't even do an xray.  I was not all satisfied with my treatment by this provider at this location. Multicare Indigo, you need to fix your mistakes and train your providers, instead of copy pasting the same response to all the low rating reviews. Looking at the reviews here, no wonder this location always has multiple appointments available as compare to other locations.

You were great! Thanks for not giving me antibiodics... I actully started feeling better. Sorry for the orginal review, just upset I used a doc when I could have slept it off. Also drove from UP, since that office was too busy and they reschedules to you. Glad I was denined my request for an antibiodic. Would recommend, thanks again!

Scheduled an early appointment after being up all night and arrived and was taken care of very well by all of the staff at this facility. The PAC went over my symptoms and discussed a plan of action that I was very pleased with and I was in and out within 20 minutes time, which is exceptional. I appreciate their care of the patient and their attention to detail would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

Very quick and nice visit. Dr. Skrei, MA Samantha, Jaqueline were very professional. Listened to my concerns, asked what my goal was for my visit and answered on all my questions. I was in and out of the clinic, with test results. Clinic is clean, and welcoming - they offer an array of beverages and snacks in the lobby which is a nice touch. I would recommend going here.

I travel from Cheney to come to this urgent care. I always feel listened to, respected, and my needs are taken care of.  The rooms are well appointed and immaculate. Scheduling is a breeze, with fast communication.  Many thanks to the employees who have helped me.

Everything went well until a nurse practitioner came in the room and asked a few questions. When I began to answer the questions I noticed she really was not interested in in what I felt or had to say. I would never recommend that nurse practitioner to anyone. It doesn’t matter how much education you have if you don’t listen to the patient and consider what they are saying, why bother?

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I am truly always blown away by the actual care I get here. This is not an assembly line operation. It is treating patients to the best of their abilities no matter what. It's admitting to the patient when they have reached a point symptomatically that urgent care isn't equipped to the level of care the patient now needs and being referred to the ER to get the appropriate care. I am never disappointed in the care. I am never disappointed in their absolute honesty and willingness to level with you. I am never disappointed in their general demeanor from front desk to intake to physician everyone is polite and kind and seems like they truly want to be doing what they are doing. It is a rare commodity in this century to have a physician treat you like a person, a patient, and not a list of symptoms/meds/treatments. I saw Kye Dixon and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone at any time.

I was a walk in. So it was a 1 1/2 hour if waiting time .. and all the staff was nice and friendly and so Respectful .. and it was a great experience today.

They all were wonderful. I had an emergency and had to leave quickly and they really processed me through and took care of me. I appreciate it.

My visit only took 2 hours (without an appointment). Once taken in the exam room they completed a thorough exam without any delays. Very pleasant staff /experience when I was not feeling good.

Walked in and was seen right away.  Staff was nice and the Dr was also very nice and caring

I walked in to this emergency medical facility after a tripping on a rock at a local county park. I landed on my face/head because I had my hands in my pockets due to very cold temperatures. I did not have to wait at all. The lady at the front desk ushered me into an examination room immediately.  I am still a bit banged up with black and blue marks and some minor fractures.  This fall was pretty traumatic and shook me up a bit. I really appreciate the care I got. Thank You!

Waited maybe 45 minutes for an appointment, and I was able to set up the appointment from home/ check in with no office wait. Easy, helpful staff, friendly, clean place

The staff in this office is wonderful! Dr Khan is a wonderful doctor that is thorough, compassionate and works with the patient for best results. Highly recommend!
