I had a virtual visit 10 days prior. And went through all medicine and still couldn’t stop the x cough. I took a chance and went to this urgent care. It was Halloween. The staff was immediately kind and professional. Gave them all my insurance information and within a half an hour I was seen. The PA Terry Taylor 111 was a great listener. He was kind and understood that I was getting tired and scared. He said not to worry let get an x-ray and I’ll give you medicine and see if we can get it solved. Just like that he heard me.
